Dustin Cole was born in Tacoma, Washington and received his B.A. from the Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. He is an active Episcopalian at St. Thomas' Parish in Dupont Circle (ANC 2B) and coordinates their active 20's/30's (young adults) ministry. He first moved to ANC 2F-05 in 2004 where he was able to purchase his first home in ANC 2F-05 through a variety of DC low-income programs available to district residents.

Dustin works for the Episcopal Church's Office of Government Relations on Capitol Hill as the Office Administrator. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors at the New Plaza Condominium.

As Commissioner of 2F-05, Dustin's primary goals are to create a stronger infrastructure of communication among his constituents and provide better transparency in his decision making process.

He lives with his adopted dog Sadie.

ANC2F is composed of six Single Member Districts (SMDs), each of which includes about 2,000 residents. Voters who reside in the same SMD as the candidate elect the Commissioners. Commissioners are nonpartisan, unpaid local government officials.
