Shaw Dog Park One Year Anniversary

Come out and celebrate the first year anniversary of the Shaw Dog Park (http://www.shawdogs.org/) on Saturday, November 7, from 12:00pm to 2:00pm.  Councilmember Jack Evans (and hopefully Mayor Fenty) will be there to unveil new signage and help celebrate.  The Shaw Dog Park is located on 11th Street, NW between Q and R Streets.

 

There will be human and dog treats, dog agility demos, raffle prizes (Kimpton Hotels has donated several overnight stays), and Shaw Dog Park t-shirts for sale. 

 

A special Thank You goes to City Paws Animal Hospital for providing a very generous donation underwriting the celebration.
