Chairman: Commissioner Matt Raymond (2F04)
The CDC is responsible for matters related to development and maintenance of the housing stock, historic preservation, neighborhood improvement and stabilization, commercial development, zoning, public space, traffic management and parking. In particular, the Committee reviews proposed real estate developments and renovations and makes recommendations for action to the full Commission after hearing the views of residents and business owners within the boundaries of ANC 2F.
The CDC usually meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month. Agenda are distributed before each meeting, through this website and the ANC 2F mailing list.
