Brian McCabe has lived in Ward 2 for more than a decade. He is currently on leave from his position as a Sociology Professor at Georgetown University to serve as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy Development in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

When he’s not working on housing policy issues, he enjoys complicated baking projects, bike rides, and reading non-fiction books.
