- Install crosswalks at “8th” and K (midblock crosswalks)
- Allow for Eighteenth Street Lounge to build a temporary curb extension on 9th between 1228 and 1236 in the parking lane
- Remove three parking spaces adjacent to the PEPCO substation on 10th (east side) to allow for a widening of the westside sidewalk on the 1000 block of 10th
- Restore two-way traffic on eastern half of 900 block of M
- Convert 15th Street NW to two-way traffic between Massachusetts Avenue and V Street with one lane in each direction and wider sidewalks
