  • Residential Parking Program Ward 2 – Proposal by Office of Jack Evans – Proposal for a test program in ANC 2F, where successful businesses (such as the 14th Street corridor and around the convention center) have led to greater demand for parking. The proposal would create RPP only parking on one side of the street six days a week, 24 hours a day. Individual blocks would be able to ‘opt out’ if a majority of the residents do not want it enforced on that block.
